Bryson's recognition at school

Bryson came home with this note the other day "Bryson was recognized as being an exceptionally well behaved student at Midway Elementary. As a result of this recognition Bryson is one of ten students that has won the opportunity to participate in a train ride activity with Mr Kelly (principal) on Friday." This is an opportunity to celebrate the good behavior of Bryson. Each week every faculty member in the school is given a limited number of tickets to give out to students. Faculty members spend the week looking for a student to give their tickets to who exemplify our three school rules of being Safe, Kind, and Responsible. To be awarded on of these tickets is a big deal. Not only does earning one of these tickets mean the school will call home with a positive report, it also puts them in the running to participate in the mystery motivator activity with Mr. Kelly. This time the mystery motivator activity is the train ride."
I am so proud of Bryson and he had such a blast riding on the Heber Creeper. His friend/cousin McCrae was also on the train.
Bryson also had his SEP conferences this week and his teacher says that he is doing really good. Over 7 weeks of spelling tests his overall score was 97%. He is on reading level M which is above the level I he is supposed to be on. He does need to improve on handwriting and a couple other things, but I am so happy with how he is doing in school. I am so proud of him and I love him so much.

While we were waiting for Bryson to show up on the school bus I took some pictures of Carley and Maddy

Rock on, Bryson.
